"Plague of Society" is composed of three musicians at the height of their creative energy. The Plague is a band that's been founded in 2000 with a vision of auditory infection with a focus on bringing to life the darkest sides of human nature. Plague of Society's founders, Aaron Ellenberger and Ben Nelson, had a distinct concept of the illusion they wanted to create through their sound. Aaron's visceral lyrics and lucid synth fused exquisitely with Ben's exotic and erratic sound on guitar. Plague of Society has ignited a new flame which is spreading like a wild fire throughout the ears of it's contaminated listeners, a new threat to your peaceful listening ignorance- watch out, you may be infected next!
After a couple rough upstart Plague Project performances, "The Plague" decided to drop former members / contributors and get serious. That's when Aaron and Ben sat down and started recording there newest project collaborating on a new song "Yesterday Seems So Far Away" their vision was once again ignited and redefined in songs like "Jack's Back" and "Take a Walk". But they also bring back some of the original "Visions". New songs are constantly being released and old ones refined. The Plague is currently working with select contributors to add to the plague conspiracy. One new member has been added, but it's still the same new tricks. The Plague excels at recording their experimental sound. Many different types of recording have been used over the years to capture this abstract sound. An album or two later the Plague has ignited a new flame, paving a path in auditory Illusion?
